Link building packages that show exactly what your budget buys

A spreadsheet of “high-DR links” can look impressive—until the sites have no traffic, no topical connection, and no real readers. Our packages put the quality screen next to the price, so you can compare links before you fund the campaign.

How to read the targets: DR and organic traffic are third-party estimates, not guarantees of rankings or future traffic. We use them as qualification floors alongside topical relevance, target-country traffic, a healthy 12-month trend, indexation, editorial quality, and a clean outbound-link footprint. A relevant DR 45 site with real readers can be far more valuable than an unrelated DR 80 site built to sell links.

The qualification screen

A link is not a commodity

Two domains can show the same DR while carrying radically different risk and value. That is why every prospect must clear a multi-signal review—not just a number in a marketplace filter.

1

Topical relevance

The site and linking page must make sense for your subject and audience.

2

Domain Rating

We use Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Seranking and UNmiss.com as authority signals—not as a substitute for judgment.

3

Organic traffic

We verify estimated search traffic and investigate sudden or unnatural changes.

4

Country match

A meaningful share of traffic should come from the market you want to reach.

5

12-month trend

Stable or growing visibility is preferred over a one-month traffic spike.

6

Indexation

The domain publishes pages that Google can discover and keep indexed.

7

Editorial standards

Real authorship, readable content, and a defensible reason for your link.

8

Outbound footprint

We screen for link-selling patterns, casino/adult spillover, and excessive outbound links.

Acquisition mix

The right method depends on why the link should exist

We do not force every campaign into guest posts. The best portfolio can blend outreach, editorial contributions, expert commentary, digital PR, and reclaiming mentions that already belong to your brand.

Manual outreach

Small, researched prospect lists and personal pitches—not mass email blasts.

Guest posts & insertions

Useful editorial contributions or contextual additions on relevant pages.

Digital PR

Newsworthy research, data, expert opinions, and timely stories pitched to relevant journalists.

Expert-source platforms

Selective responses to HARO, Featured, Connectively, Qwoted, SourceBottle, and journalist requests.

Linkable assets

Original studies, tools, statistics, and resources worth citing.

Reclamation

Unlinked mentions, lost links, broken-link opportunities, and redirects.

Earned-media link building

How HARO and PR platforms fit into a campaign

Journalist-request platforms can create excellent editorial mentions, but they are not link vending machines. A reporter chooses the source, edits the quote, decides whether to link, and may publish nothing at all. The value comes from being genuinely useful under deadline.

HARO

Help a Reporter Out is again operated by Featured as a journalist-request service. We monitor relevant queries and respond only when your experience directly answers the brief.

Featured & Connectively

These services surface publisher questions and broader earned-media opportunities. Strong answers use named experts, first-hand experience, and facts the publisher can verify.

Qwoted & SourceBottle

Both connect journalists with potential sources. A complete expert profile and a fast, specific answer matter more than sending a high volume of generic pitches.

Direct digital PR

For original data, research, launches, or a defensible point of view, we build a targeted media list and pitch the story directly instead of waiting for a request.

Press-release distribution is not the same as earned coverage

A distribution service can make an announcement discoverable and create consistent citations across syndication partners. It does not guarantee that an independent journalist will cover the story, that readers will see it, or that syndicated links will pass ranking value. We use distribution for legitimate news and discovery—not as a substitute for reporting, targeted pitching, or editorial approval.

Google’s link-spam rules

Pay for the work—not undisclosed ranking credit

Google defines link spam as creating links primarily to manipulate rankings. Its examples include buying or selling links for ranking purposes, exchanging goods or services for links, automated link creation, low-quality directories, and paid guest posts or press releases with optimized anchors that pass ranking credit.

Google also says advertising and sponsorship links are allowed when they are qualified with rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow" . That is the practical line: an agency can be paid for research, content, outreach, PR, and campaign management; payment should not secretly buy followed links or control an independent publisher’s editorial decision.

Read Google’s link-spam policy

What black-hat link building looks like

Private blog networks (PBNs), hacked links, automated profiles, hidden links, spun guest posts, and large paid footprints exist mainly to manufacture ranking signals. A PBN is a controlled group of sites presented as independent publishers even though its main purpose is passing authority.

  • Guaranteed DR 80–90 links without disclosing the sites or relevance standard
  • Hundreds of placements delivered in days from the same recycled inventory
  • Optimized anchors inserted into unrelated pages or distributed press releases
  • Traffic screenshots without the domain, country mix, or 12-month trend
  • No explanation of link attributes, editorial approval, ownership, or removals

Why we do not recommend Fiverr or SEOClerks backlink packages

The marketplace is not the core problem; the typical anonymous bulk-link product is. Buyers often cannot verify who owns the sites, whether the audience is real, how many other customers receive the same inventory, or whether the links will disappear after the guarantee window. Inflated DR, expired-domain networks, irrelevant pages, automated profiles, and exact-match anchors can make a cheap order expensive to audit and clean up.

Before paying

Request the exact domain or a representative sample, traffic geography and trend, placement type, link attribute, and replacement terms.

Before approving

Read the actual site. Check authors, recent posts, topical focus, indexation, outbound links, and whether real people appear to use it.

After publication

Record the live URL, anchor, target page, attribute, metrics, publication date, and status so the placement can be monitored.

We also avoid indiscriminate email spam. Outreach should be researched, relevant, easy to decline, and sent to a person who plausibly covers the subject.

Build with better evidence

Check the profile, find the gap, then build

Start with your current backlinks and competitors. Use the free seotools.pro tools for quick discovery, then validate traffic, keywords, trends, and gaps with a full SEO data platform.

Semrush and SE Ranking links are affiliate links. If you buy, seotools.pro may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Compare providers

Good agencies exist. Choose for fit and transparency.

Page One Power is known for manual outreach, uSERP for authority placements, Siege Media for content-led acquisition, Editorial.Link for editorial links, and FATJOE for standardized reseller fulfillment. They can be sensible options depending on your workflow.

seotools.pro is built for buyers who want package pricing without losing strategic control: clear DR and traffic targets, relevance and spam checks, multiple acquisition methods, and reporting that shows what was actually delivered. Our larger tiers reduce cost per link to $267 while adding campaign leadership and portfolio planning.

How to choose

How to choose the right link building or PR agency

Do not choose from a price sheet alone. Verify the people, process, proof, and reporting behind it before you trust an agency with your brand and backlink profile.

Check online reputation

Search the agency name, reviews, interviews, complaints, and independent mentions. Look for a consistent history—not one polished landing page.

Review social accounts

Active LinkedIn, YouTube, X, or other relevant channels show how the team thinks, communicates, and responds when challenged.

Research the founders

Read the founders’ and strategists’ profiles. Confirm their experience, visibility, and whether real experts will oversee your campaign.

Ask for relevant examples

Request live placements from your niche, market, or campaign type. Check relevance, traffic, authority, anchors, and editorial quality yourself.

Study the portfolio

Look beyond logos and vanity metrics. Strong portfolios connect the work to qualified traffic, rankings, brand mentions, or business outcomes.

Choose quality over price

The cheapest link can become the most expensive if it is irrelevant, ignored, removed, or risky. Compare screening, strategy, reporting, and ownership.
